Khankendi, July 3, 2025 (LPC):  Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Khankendi, Azerbaijan, to attend the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).The two-day summit, themed "New ECO Vision for a Sustainable and Climate Resilient Future," will see PM Sharif outline Pakistan's perspective on regional and global challenges, and advocate for enhanced intra-regional trade, transport connectivity, energy cooperation, and sustainable development.He is also scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with other ECO leaders.
